Springtime Destruction Begins!

Well Russ has come to believe that we're destined to make that move to Hawaii this winter or next Spring.  (As if!) But in advance of that move, he's decided that he wants to make the house sellable / more sellable.  So he's decided to tear off the back porch and turn it into a sunroom with, perhaps, a hot tub.

So, I've decided to chronicle the construction much the same way I did the lanai.
